All my interaction with Adobe has changed to another person. Maybe also this post. I talked to support chat for hours yesterday which finally suggested I wrote a mail to support.

Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything from them yet. They simply don' answer!

Any ideas what too do to reach some expertice at Adobe?

@John T Smith,

Adobe Stock Contributor Support uses a form and e-mail for contributor requests. That support is completely deconnected from the standard Adobe customer care.

Contributors are not customers, but suppliers.

@Ole Schwander,

I suppose this is connected to your post in the contributor forum. If so, there is nothing more than can be done than has been done. If you contacted Contributor support yesterday, you will need to give them a chance to answer. Watch your spam folder.

The post here is confusing:

All my interaction with Adobe has changed to another person. Maybe also this post.

This post is interacting with other users, not with Adobe support.

Why - another name has taken over my apps and Stock Port. It's serious enough in my view ....

So, your account has been hijacked, but you can still sign in. I would change the password and close it to strangers again.

All my interaction with Adobe has changed to another person is not correct English (it's grammatically correct, but makes no sense). If your preferred language is not English, you should write in your language, to avoid confusion.

It would make, however, sense that your contributor account got closed, if it got hijacked and the hijacker did unauthorized operations, like buying your assets and asking for a payout to different credentials than yours.
