All photos not accepted for quality issues

You placed the focus for the first file at the wrong point. You should always endeavor to capture your forefront in focus.

The second photo has too much negative space and not much of the subject is in focus.

The third has motion blur and possibly a little cool.

The first image is overexposed and there is chroma noise in the paved path. Several of the people are recognizable and would require model releases. 
the second image is not well composed and none of the flowers are in sharp focus.
The third image is overexposed, not in focus, and there are numerous spots in the sky. The monument is leaning. Recognizable people need model releases.

Where do you consider the focus of pic.1 to be? Group on left, group on right, figure centre, wall, or column? (Could be more than one of these). What was your reason for choosing this, and what was your depth of field?
