Always receiving "Quality issues" on my pictures

Stock Reviewers examine assets at 100% magnification or higher on full-sized displays. If you’re using a phone to check for quality issues, chances are you’re missing the big picture. 

For us to help you, post the asset here so we can examine it. This forum has a 5MB size limit.

Now that I’m actually awake, I do see you mentioned not editing your images. Most photographs, and virtually ALL AI images, are going to require minimal to extensive editing prior to submission.

Editing is part of the process of submitting images. Photoshop, Lightroom, and Camera Ras are some of the better apps to edit images.

Remove blemishes or any thing that distracts the eye from the hero image.

You say shooting in 4k Are you talking photos or videos? 
I’ guessing you’re talking about videos?

If you’re speaking about photos you are confused and very likely have many issues for The rejections.

If you’re speaking of videos… are you rendering your final clip at the same frames per second as the fps you shot the videos? If not the videos will have tiny jumps and will be rejected.

If you don’t understand either comment, don’t hesitate to ask!

Quality issues can include noise, composition, color, focusing, and a variety of other issues. It has little or nothing to do with the size or resolution of the images. If you post a couple of the rejected assets here, forum members can take a look.
