Hi @Zee36770599smd6 ,

If you want us to assist you with the possible reason your file was refused, send us a copy of what you submitted to Adobe so that we can analyze it. Whatever you see on your adobe account are thumbnails and not your original file.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

They include a link to your rejected image in the email. The rejected image remains as a thumbnail on the "not accepted" tab on your account.

you didn't indicate the reason for rejection of this image, but it seems to be quality issues. The belt loop, her mouth (no teeth), and her hand seem to be reasons for rejection.

Thank you for your prompt response 🙂  It's good to get some feedback re: quality, many thanks

what I find curious is that I have had other images rejected before and have never been emailed with a copy  like that with Adobe Stock watermark and with Adobe Stock/#701906131 printed along the left edge.  It looks like they are using the image?

They always send one embedded preview image in the feedback mail. Maybe this time you did only get refusals? The watermarking is done automatically. That is no big deal.
