Anbieterkonto plötzlich gelöscht

Mein Anbieterkonto wurde plötzlich gelöscht, mit dem Hiweis es gäbe damit Probleme.

 

Seit Tagen versuche ich Kontakt aufzunehmen aber ich bekomme keine Antwort.

 

Zudem steht auch noch ein Verkaufserlös aus, der jetzt nicht mehr zu sehen ist und den ich wohl auch nicht mehr ausbezahlt bekomme.

 

Kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen?

If it were that Adobe has canceled your account it is likely an e-mail was sent to you with a contact link.This e-mail may be in your inbox or spam folder. The forum is monitored mainly by none-staff personnel, and so is not equipped to handle account related issue.

Seems like you need support with your Contributor account, You can just get in touch with them on contributor-support@adobe.com and you may expect a reply within 24 hours.

 

Moreover the normal customer support won't assist you as they are not trained in this.
