Another Gmail can problem my main account

I have a contributor account on Adobe Stock. And there is another Gmail add in the browser but there is no file in it. See the picture. Will there be a problem with my Adobe Contributor account if I keep this Gmail?

There is no contributor account in the mail you see in the picture.
