Any idea why this is getting kicked out for IP violation?

This is getting rejected as an IP Refusal rather than, say, for quality issues. Just wondering if anyone has any insight.

    Hi @robertm49297337

The tattoos are the reason for the IP refusal.

Apart from the IP violation mentioned by @jacquelingphoto2017, this image looks fake.

Female body builders don’t have male sculpted abs due to M/F differences in fat & hormone levels.

By way of comparison, a real female body builder.

Also, what has Christian faith got to do with body building?  I ask because only about 29% of the global population identifies as Christian. The majority of Stock’s worldwide customers are non-Christian.

    Just something to consider. 🤔

Could also have been rejected for quality issues - the teeth, the flawed eyeglasses over the bridge of the nose, the oddly out of focus areas...

Yes, but it was explicitly rejected for IP.

Sometimes Moderators just press the wrong rejection reason code.

The Tattoo Issue for AI ImagesTattoos are treated as copyrighted artistic works (owned by the tattoo artist). Even in an AI-generated image:

    • If the tattoo looks distinctive, realistic, or like a real existing design, agencies may flag it as a potential IP infringement or require a property release from the (fictional or real) tattoo artist.
    • You can't easily get a signed property release from a tattoo artist for something the AI invented or approximated.
    • Many agencies require both model release (for the person) + property release (for the tattoo) for commercial use, just like with real photos.

Do you mean that the moderator thinks the AI might be generating tattoos that look too much like real designs?

AI is creating work from existing images including tattoos… Adobe is not interested in harassment or wondered which tattoo is too similar to an artist real work.

AI is great for this kind of questions.

Do you have any insight why tattoos in particular? Everything in the image is fictional, including the clothing design, the model, and the tattoos. Why are imaginary tattoos an IP issue?
