Any ideas on what the intellectual property refusal on this one might be?

Final is 100mp, white on black; it's about 50% AI and 50% my own drawing. I'm getting an intellectual property refusal on it and was wondering if anyone might be able to spot something I missed. Any ideas?

      Out of memory: I think that Fender has a trademark/patent on the specific form of the e-guitar. If you work there arround, you should be safe.
