Hi @Cristian23301561q07i ,

It appears the subject is out of focus because of a camera shake. In case you have not done so you're likely to have better focus if your camera is set to compensate for small shakes. If there is still a shake issue with that settings and your arms anchored on you body, then you should consider using a tripod.

 

It is clear that the background has a chain link fence. I don't think this is a problem. It was not a problem with photos I took with one blurred in the background - photos that got sold.

I also think that the framing is less than optimal. You should have included more of the left side, probably. If the aim was to create a smiley, you could have centred that one.

Examine image at 100-300% magnification. 

It contains less than sharp focus.  Also the wire fence in background may have been perceived as Image Moiré which is undesired.
