anyone know this font? and yes i have tried all the font finders like what's that font etc

Does anyone know what font this is? Years back I recall having it but I had over 300 on my system that oddly a few I cannot remember and this being one of them. Yes, I have tried all the WHAT THE FONTS but I am hoping someone will know from it being a sotr of WESTERN font. I have looked through  all the font programs I use and nothing yet in the obvious categories.
