Appeal for Adobe Stock Contributor Account Reactivation

Dear Adobe Contributor Relations,

I received 18/11/2024 a notification that my Adobe Stock contributor account has been blocked due to violations related to generative AI content. I sincerely apologize for any unintentional mistakes and would like to understand more about the specific issues with my submissions.

I am willing to correct any mistakes regarding labeling, tagging, titling, or model/property releases. If possible, I would appreciate guidance on how to improve my content to align with Adobe Stock’s policies.

Please let me know if there is a way to rectify this issue and regain access to my account. I value Adobe Stock as a platform and am committed to following all guidelines.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,
Tausif

This is not Adobe Contributions Reletions, nor is it a public forum that Adobe uses to respond to your quest.

I would suggest that you read the user's manual, the blog posts from Adobe regarding generative AI (and taking into account, that the guidance changed from the oldest post to the newest post!) and your contributor agreement with Adobe stock. All indications are there in. I do not know in what you did fail, but Adobe does not block contributor accounts for a single minor failure to comply. They would simply remove the asset. They would also just remove assets that would follow past guidences, but violate new guidences. So whatever you did wrong, it needs to be a massive and consistent violation of the guidelines. Please note that even when assets get accepted, you are not to assume that as the moderator did not see the violation that you are no the safe side.

As for the rest: If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
