Appeal ignored for over 6 weeks / Account Deactivated during payout / Case 00520832

Hello,

My Contributor Account was deactivated on June 12, 2026, around the time I requested a payout. I submitted my official appeal on the same day via the provided form.

My case number is 00520832.

It has been over 6 weeks, and I have received zero updates or explanations from the Contributor Relations team. My earned payout funds are currently frozen, and my portfolio of over 1,700 assets remains hidden.

Could a moderator or Adobe representative please assist in escalating case 00520832 to the appropriate team for review and resolution?

Thank you, Olena

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we are unable to be of assistance. You have a case number. Unfortunately, it can take investigations as long as 2 to 6 months to complete their investigation, depending on the number cases ahead of yours. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so can potentially slow down Adobe's investigation by creating new case numbers.

Did you read the Contributor Terms you agreed to when you joined?

Refer to section 9 Termination & Survival:

    Good luck.

    Hi @olenap28532342

You are not addressing Adobe staff here. Adobe staff does not monitor this forum.
It sounds as though you have taken the required step. You must now wait until the investigation is done and Adobe responds. There is no way of escalating your case.

    Best wishes

Best of luck. You are the third person with the same problem here this week. Adobe doesn't seem to answer emails. I would start looking for another outlet for your images. Do you have any idea what went wrong?

You have made an appeal now, you must wait for the review process to be completed.
