Appeal Regarding Blocked Contributor Account – Case ID: 00436955

Dear Adobe Contributor Relations Team,

I respectfully submit additional clarification regarding my blocked account (Case ID: 00436955).

As I mentioned earlier, I have always tried to follow Adobe Stock guidelines carefully. Out of my 200 uploaded assets, only around 10 were AI-generated, and for those I correctly marked the “Generative AI” checkbox. The remaining majority of my assets were fully original works created by me using Blender, Photoshop, After Effects, and PixelLab. These are not AI-generated.

To support my appeal, I am attaching screenshots of some of my project files and workflows from Blender, Photoshop, After Effects, paint and PixelLab to demonstrate my original creative process. If needed, I am also willing to share additional files or details to further verify my work.

I kindly request a re-review of my account based on this clarification and evidence. I highly value Adobe Stock’s platform and assure you that I will continue to carefully follow all submission policies in the future.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

You are not addressing Adobe here, but contributors like yourself. We can do nothing with regard to reviewing your case number or appeal if one was submitted. Your only option is to wait until Adobe responds. This can take weeks or even months, depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours. We highly recommend you do not submit additional emails or appeals to Adobe, as this can potentially create new case numbers, which can slow down the investigative process.
