approaching one year in review

new topic, same issue, I officially have now images in review for 1 year, others 7 months, others 4 months etc. somewhere 80 images are stuck with review times between 3-12 months.

anyone else who has longer review times?

how hard can it be to review some pictures? most images are accepted on other stock sites and selling for time now, why can Adobe not review them?

I really do not understand, is there nobody controlling the company workflow? Somewhere here is a big flaw in the review process

Hi @moofushi ,

I had an image stuck in review for many months. I just ignored it and submitted others that got reviewed leaving that one. Eventually, it got reviewed.

Best wishes

I suppose they are lost in moderation. For a reason unknown to me, the won't get presented to the moderators. @daniellei4510 has success with resubmitting the assets under a different filename, maybe also slightly modified.

I'm still experimenting with this. I re-submitted another image, but without resaving it and using a different file name. It has made its way to the bottom of my "in review" assets again.

Today, I submitted another one, but this time I re-saved it as an entirely new file with a different file name. I should know in two or three days if it gets reviewed, and I'll update if so, since most of my assets being reviewed are done so within 1 to 3 three days following submission.

No one in the Contributor Community knows why this situation has been allowed to exist. Certainly, Adobe is well aware of it but has decided not to address these images that have apparently fallen into a "black hole" and are not added to the Moderators' queues. It has been suggested that deleting and resubmitting the asset may help it to get noticed. I've had mixed success with that approach.

Delete from Review panel and resubmit.
