Approval Quality Issue

Hello guys!

The image with the lamp, was approved, and the car with the christmas tree and the gingerbread
with the mug were not.
It says that it does not meet the quality standards, could anyone tell me what happened?

All should be refused on grounds of usability. They should have been vector graphics. But this does not explain the acceptance of the lamp.Accepted by error?
