Approval time

Hello there, I'm new to ASC so I was wondering how long usually it takes to get approval on images submitted. It's almost 10 days since since submission, I've been reading that some people had issues with their contributor profile so I'm wondering if this is the normal or just a technical issue. I've been contributing with few other agencies for years and even during COVID-19 the max approval time is jus 4-5 days.

Also, tax forms. Is signing up for Adobe Sign the only way to submit the tax form?

They (whoever they are) approved right away but they rejected the best of
my contributions I thought. Also their idea of what they like is kept close
and I have given up creating for Adobe because I don't know what is
acceptable and what is not. Good luck.

Some pictures get rejected by error, but most rejections are for cause.

Submissions are reviewed manually in the order they are received. The average wait is 3-5 days though it can vary during peak times.

My last photo was approved after 12 days. But no problem, I understand that reviewing capacity is temporary reduced because of covid.

Same problem. 10+ days for a photo. But videos was approved for about 3 days. Seemes like we need to wait...

I am wondering the same thing. I have sent out approval submissions for a few designs now and none have been approved yet. I need to get a project done ASAP.
