Hi, I just want to know why I have a file that's been under review for over 4 months and they haven't told me if it's been accepted or not. I already deleted it and re-uploaded it, but the same thing happened; another 4 months have passed and it's still under review.

Thank you in advance.

Just a follow-up. I had one image that had been under review for about 4 to 5 months. I removed it and resubmitted it (without renaming the file), and it sat idle for another 3 months. It was reviewed yesterday. And rejected for quality issues. 🙂

Did you use a batch uploader?

Try resubmitting renamed files individually, just 2-3 assets at a time.

The next day, repeat...

Hope that helps.

Yes, this has happened to me too. In fact, I have some assets waiting for review for 8+ months that are on their second submission. I should delete them, but am just curious how long they might continue to age....

I have one that I just leave there for old-time's sake. 🙂

Did you change the file names on the second round of submissions? That has worked for me. Then the assets are regarded as new submissions.
