Approved image not appearing on profile page.

One of my images is not appearing on my profile page. I usually see all my approved images on my Adobe Stock profile page. Why would this be? The image number is #229475724

Be sure your safe search filter is deactivated as this image has been flagged so users that don't want to see nudity (implied or explicit) won't see the image.
