Approved image not found in adobe stock or google

Excuse me, I have a question, actually I have been looking for solution in Adobe community regarding approved image can't be found in Adobe stock, I have tried changing the country code to ca but I still can't find my content( the web shows page not found) what should I do?

The first one is Id and the second one is ca, but I still can't find them🙏
