Approved Images Do Not Appear in Searches. Why?

Hi,

I uploaded my first image to adobe stock some time ago and it was approved. However, it does not appear in searches when I search for keywords. Only ONCE did it appear in a search. I have since gone back in my browser history (as a last resort) and tried to open the link for the page on which my image had been previously displayed, only to receive a "page not found" error.

I have even tried clicking on the file number from my dashboard and I still receive a "page not found" error.

Does anyone know why this is happenning?
