Approved photos visible in Dashboard but missing from Public Portfolio (Over 10 days)

Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue with my portfolio visibility and hoping for some advice.

I have 21 photos that were submitted around November 28th. They are currently listed as "Approved" inside my Contributor Dashboard (under the Portfolio tab).

However, my public profile still appears empty. I have checked from different regions (including US and Europe via VPN) and tried different browsers, but the approved assets are not visible to customers.

It has been over 10 days since approval, which seems longer than the usual indexing time. I have already contacted Contributor Support via the form but haven't received a response yet.

Is there a known delay with indexing or a specific issue with accounts from my region (Turkey)?

Your region requires additional vetting. You can temporarily change your region at the bottom of Dashboard page to verify that the assets are available.

Thank you! I checked, yes, it appears in other countries too. Then I'll just wait.
