then maybe you need some upscale in your photos it will help you. changing tools and styling of your niche can fix your problems

Real photographs from a real camera do NOT need to be upscaled. Any modern or even somewhat older digital camera will produce images that exceed Adobe's minimum file size. Simply upscaling an image isn't going to guarantee that it meets all of Adobe's quality criteria.

Adobe Stock is probably the most demanding stock agency in the business when it comes to quality.  Everyone who contributes iames to Adobe must meet their standard if they hope to have their contributions accepted.  The way to do this is to learn how to compose outstanding images (of  commercial value) and also learn how to use editing software to the full extent of their capaabilities.  There is no point submitting less than high quality assets to Adobe because they will be rejected and that just is a waist of your time and that of the moderators.
