Are the current Template requirements for Illustrator up to date?

Hello, I followed the instructions for uploading a social media kit template in a zip file with preview sizes and everything as outlined in the https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/design-template-requirements.html and it will not upload and stating all files are invalid (both .jpgs and .zip files.) Need help from the community thank you!
