ARTIFACTS PROBLEM

Question

The image below was rejected for over processing noise and artifacts. Another picture submitted with the same subject and about the same processing was accepted?

Always willing to learn so constructive criticism on the reasons it was rejected will be gratefully received.

It's a nice picture and I do not see the other picture. Artefacts are because of this:

An oil-paint like filter effect is not accepted in most of the cases. If the buyer wan'ts that, he can easily apply such an effect. But he can not undo the effect on the picture. Also there are visible artefacts in the high frequency area and some noise on the spout.

Deliver images processed in a way that the processing is not noticable. That's the best way to get your pictures accepted.
