Artificial Intelligence filter rejects correct fotos

I think my last fotos were rejected because the lake color was partially pink. Probably the artificial Intelligence rejected this pink as artificial color, which is wrong: these are toxic algae and the main subject of the fotos. I think, the AI quite frequently rejects fotos wrongly when the subject or a color is unusual. There should be a possibility to have such fotos checked by humans or the AI should be fed more unusual subjects. Thanks

No, you cannot appeal the decision of the Moderators. If the technical issues can be addressed by editing software, you can re-edit and then submit those edited images. But don't resubmit identical images. That can get your account banned for "spamming" the database.

Stock reviewers are human, not AI.

In any case, the criteria for acceptance includes proper white balance. See link below.

As @Abambo indicated, Moderators are Humans, which of course means that they are making judgment calls on each image they see. It isn't a perfect process. You have assumed that the color of the water was the rejection reason, however I see other issues:

7857 has a leaning horizon and recognizable people which would require model releases. Both images are very pixelated and have crushed details making me think they were taken with a cellphone camera.

iPhone is perfectly acceptable for images for social media for viewing on tiny screens; sometimes when I'm traveling I take a picture with both my Canon full frame DSLR and the iPhone so that I have a version I can send to family or post online before I get back home to edit the DSLR images. iPhone has its place, and the newer models can, under perfect conditions, produce images suitable for Stock.

There is no AI in asset moderation. All assets get rejected or accepted by humans.

Rejection of the files is not because of the water colour (as you wrongly assumed), but because of technical deficits in your picture:

Your camera software has optimized all detail in this picture due to the small sensor of your iPhone SE. iPhone pictures are accepted, but they get scrutinized with the same accuracy as all other images.

In addition to the technical issues, you would need a model release from all those people and the other ones also in the image.

Thanks for the answer. Then its just chance (or bad luck) with who checks ones fotos if he/she recognizes an unusual situation? how many seconds per foto are allowed for the check? Is there a possibility to ask for a second check (agreed, not all fotos are worth publishing)?
