I have read the guide that has been provided but I still don't understand and am confused about the rules for checking the box (people and property are fictional), please explain and describe the 3 images that I have sent, explain to me whether these 3 images must be checked (people and property are fictional) or not, and give reasons, please answer clearly, so that I understand and can comply.

Thank You

No problem. In the end, I think it's a case of six of one and half a dozen of the other. So long as you mark the asset as generative AI, it shouldn't count against you as far was selecting People and property are fictional and just selection No.

For the shirt, choose "Created using generative AI tools/No;" same for the pizza. For the middle one, since there are people, I would click "Created using generative AI tools/People and Property are fictional." Not because of the property so much, but because of the people, as abstract as they are. If the asset did not include people, I would have done the same as the first two.

If the image is of a dragon or mannequin, do I also have to check (people and property are fictional)?

The dragon is obviously fictional.... unless you believe dragons are real????
