Ask people who use Payoneer after withdrawing money from Adobe.

It takes 10 working days for Adobe to release the funds. It will take one to three working days to get the money credited to your Payoneer account. If there are problems with that, you should contact Payoneer support.
Working days: from Monday to Friday, excluding public and company holidays!
