Assistance needed: Case 00526339 - 25-day delay on sales spike review and payout

Hello,

I am looking for assistance with Case 00526339. Back on July 2nd, I proactively reported a suspicious spike in downloads to ensure my account stays in good standing. Despite several follow-up messages and offering to have the suspicious funds deducted, I haven't received a response in 25 days.

As an active contributor (recently included in the Top Sellers list for photos), I am currently unable to safely request a payout until this investigation is resolved.

Could an Adobe Stock staff member please help me escalate this case? I just want to clear my balance and ensure everything is correct.

Contributor ID: 206657208
Case ID: 00526339

Thank you in advance!

I think this is a tempest in a teapot.

Enterprise buyers license hundreds of images at a time. You should feel lucky to have landed interest from an Enterprise account.  If Adobe did not deactivate your account, you’re good to go. Stop worrying & proceed with your payout.

We are contributors like yourself and cannot be of assistance. This is only my opinion, but if you haven’t heard back from Adobe and your account is still active, you’re probably OK. Exactly how many assets were download that you feel it may be related to suspicious activity? There are instances when a buyer downloads multiple assets for multiple projects, or when a customer wants to use up their credits before canceling their accounts.

Hi @daniellei4510 In just 9 minutes, 90 of my assets were purchased by one customer. This seems like very unusual activity for my account

I agree. That’s a lot. Again, we can’t be of much help. You might continue to wait, or follow up with another email, referencing your existing case number. We don’t know Adobe’s procedures in such cases, but even if you notify them that you have a concern about suspicious activity, they may still disable your account so that it doesn’t happen again in the meantime whether you withdraw your payment payments or not.
