Author account suspension

Good afternoon, dear Adobe community.
My Adobe Stock author account has been deactivated for over three months. I have contacted support several times but have not received a response. I have already created two requests: 00452674 and 00472273. In the chatbot, I only found support for product questions. I can't find any feedback for authors. It seems that I left a post in the community section about a product issue. I can't find how to reply to messages on the forum, but I can see that there are emails. I can't find the post itself. I decided to create another request here.

Lately, I have been uploading videos created with AI.
Here's what I would like to clarify:
– I always use a paid commercial Midjourney (Pro) license, which allows commercial use and distribution.
– Each video was properly marked with a check mark “Created using generative AI tools.”
– All of my works were unique in both content and theme, covering ecology, holidays, nature, technology, and people.
– Each video had its own unique title and keywords, written by hand when submitted to Adobe Stock.

The only possible problem that comes to mind is that many of the source files had similar names, differing only in numbers (e.g., “eco_energy_01,” “eco_energy_02,” etc.). I only used this structure to organize local files, not to send spam or duplicate content. Now I realize that this could have triggered an automated spam detection system.

My account has about 1,500 vector works and 2,500 generated videos — all original, created with great effort and in full compliance with Adobe's recommendations. These are huge financial investments by my country's standards for AI subscriptions and file enhancement services.

I live in Ukraine, where the situation is very difficult due to the ongoing war. Despite this, I work every day creating content for Adobe Stock, which is my main source of income for supporting my two children. This platform has played a huge role in my life and creative development.

Dear colleagues, please help me find support for authors.
I cannot understand the reason for the account suspension. How soon can I expect my account to be restored?
I would appreciate any help. All the best.

File names are not a reason for blocking your account. Adobe doesn’t care what you name your files. Besides, all assets are auto-renamed with ID numbers at submission.

Accounts are blocked for suspicious account activity or for violating the Stock TERMS of agreement. Have you re-read the TERMS you agreed to?

Be patient. There’s no way to determine how many other investigations are ahead of yours.

In the meantime, work on other projects. Submit content to other services.

If you’ve participated here in the forum in the past, you should already know that Adobe personnel do not frequent this forum, and you will receive no reply here from an Adobe rep, particularly on private account matters. We really have no way of predicting if and when your account could be restored. Submitting multiple cases actually just serves to further clog the Support System and slow down response.

Three months is probably still within the amount of time it takes for Adobe to investigate disabled accounts. You should not continue attempting to contact them, as each time you do, you create new case numbers, potentially slowing down Adobe’s investigation. The fact that you have case numbers indicates Adobe is aware of the issue and an investigation is underway. Adobe may have numerous cases under investigation, which has become common since they began accepted AI content. Your only option is to continue waiting and to look into options for submitting elsewhere in the meantime.
