Automated AI quality filter glitch

Hi Adobe Staff and Community,

I am posting to report a technical anomaly on my account and request assistance from an Adobe Staff member to review my profile status.

Recently, 100% of my submitted photos have been systematically rejected for "Quality Issues" by the automated pre-filtering system, regardless of the diverse subjects or shooting conditions.

To test whether my account is stuck in an automated rejection loop, I conducted a controlled test by submitting a close-up photograph of a restricted legal item — a current Japanese banknote (File ID: 2174590018).

The Anomaly:

Instead of being flagged for Policy Violation or Intellectual Property (as required by platform regulations for legal tender), the image was instantly rejected for "Quality Issues".

This proves that an automated first-level AI gatekeeper is indiscriminately blocking submissions at the technical level before any actual content, policy, or intellectual property evaluation occurs.

Could an Adobe Staff member please check if my account profile is affected by a system flag or algorithmic glitch?

Thank you for your help.

Post one or two full-sized assets here. We can probably tell what’s wrong.

    • Stock makes no profits from refused assets.
    • 99% of refusals are for legitimate reasons.
    • Due to recent customer complaints, Stock is more selective about what they accept now.

In the meantime, re-read your updated Contributor User Guide. Some things have changed.

I think quality issues can also include uniqueness, which is becoming increasingly difficult to meet. If you share a few photos here, experienced members may be able to help identify the reasons for the rejection.

It’s probably not a good idea to submit assets just to test the system. If you look through the posts here, you’ll see that account deactivations are quite common and affect contributors every day. Often, it’s not the contributor’s fault, but it’s always better not to give the system any reason to flag or deactivate your account. (I’m saying this as someone who has had their account deactivated before.)

Adobe Stock staff do not monitor the community.
You cannot receive a reply regarding the reason for rejection.

To address quality issues, you need to post the actual submitted asset to the community for review.
Even if there are multiple reasons for rejection, only one can be selected.
For example, a photo of a banknote shot with shallow focus might be rejected for both quality and IP issues, but the moderator can select only one reason for the rejection.
