Hm, I think it's more the colour noise

and the histogram with the missing whites:

And this flower may also be a cause of refusal, as it shows artefacts and should be in focus IMHO:

Indeed, the depth of field is too shallow causing the center and edges of the cactus to be out of focus. Additionally, the composition is lacking, since the edge of the pot is shown on one side but not the other.
