Adobe Stock does not require specific equipment for submission requirements.

I'm generally asking about the experience. My phone can shoot 4k videos, but there is a noise (it's too old). I have an iPad with quality video output, but videos are not smooth because it is too large. So I'm looking for an alternative. Do you have any suggestions or solutions to my situation?

Cameras with small sensors and lenses have toy-like image quality compared to digital SLR (mirrorless) cameras with large sensors.
Action cameras and iPhones have similar image quality.
Cameras with small sensors have noticeable noise in dark places.
If you're serious about photography, I recommend a digital SLR (mirrorless).
They're expensive, but the images are beautiful.
