Beginner: would appreciate evaluation of refused open book images

Hello Adobe Community,
I'm seeking guidance on submitting photos of an open book after experiencing two rejections for the same basic image.
1. First Submission: The image was rejected for Intellectual Property
2. Second Submission: I edited the photo to blur the legible text, addressing the IP concern. This revised version was then rejected for Quality Problems.
This has left me unsure of how to proceed. I would be very grateful if you could help me understand:
What is wrong with the second picture?
Is there an acceptable way to edit the text (e.g., a specific blurring technique) that satisfies both IP and quality requirements?
If editing isn't viable, what is the correct way to photograph an open book to ensure it's accepted?
Thank you in advance for your expertise and assistance!
