Bildablehnung trotz Einverständiserklärung

Question

Ich habe das nachstehende Foto (ID 266581106) eingereicht und eine Einverständiserklärung beigefügt (verknüpft).

Die Datei wurde abgelehnt wegen Urheberrechtsverletzung.

Ich verstehe den Grund nicht. Der Urheber hat sein Einverständnis schriftlich auf dem Formular erteilt. Was muss ich noch machen?

Wo liegt der Fehler?

Hi JGIn the graphic below, I once again made clear how the release statement was uploaded and attached to the image. It is one JPG file showing both photos and the associated release statement.If it were a photo, it is understandable that in the field on the explanation must be a sample image. But I have two photos to which the release refers.For example, if I present 5 different views of an object, I would have to have 5 release declarations signed and submitted. That would be very bureaucratic.In another case, I uploaded a sharing statement with three photos as a .jpg file and attached the image file # 266581064. This picture was accepted.So what is the reason for the rejection of the picture?So far no one could give me an understandable explanation why the picture was rejected. It would be incomprehensible if the picture was rejected, just because the author is not an architect but only an engineer.The signer has planned, designed, created the construction plan and built it according to his plans. What I see missing from the form is a copy of the person's property at the section for "visual reference". I see the witness sections not completed and signed. And I see date conflict. I am not sure what was accepted of what you previously uploaded, neither do I understand why, since I am not clear from your explanation and a visual is not provided for comparison.You have 2 different dates (07.05.19, and 06.05.2019), witness section not completed and signed. You should have one date for all 3 sections.One release with a visual is enough for 5 different views of that object, but whatever method you use that is accepted that's fine.RegardsJG
