Dear Administrator,

I have recently uploaded several illustrations, but a few got rejected due to "Technical Reasons". I am not clear on which technical reason that is.

May I have a more clear info on this? I have attached both of the rejected illustrations below.

Any information would be much appreciated.

Regards,

Erick S.

Great illustrations! 🙂👍

None the less how are you saving them as? Regards to file type. How big are you saving them? Maybe that's where your problem is. Other then that I don't see what problem you're really having. Unless you have key words to work on too?

I have a personal preference for vector graphic illustrations.  Vectors yield perfect image quality at any scale.  Rasterized artwork can't do that.

Thanks! I saved them as Jpeg (maximum), 2500x2500 px. This is more than 4 megapixel, right? I don't compress them or resize them, so, there's no jpeg artifact there.

Does wrong keywords make the images rejected?

Hi Ericbdg

Sometimes its due to keywords other times it due to titles.

As for size, I would have saved it a bit higher. Might be a bit small.

Might even be an error on the inspector's side. Either file wise or just personal.

Hopefully you'll get your stuff excepted this time. 🙂

God speed!
