Block from Being A Stock Contributor for 'Multiple Accounts'

Like many other folks when I try to apply for stock contributor program to sell images I recieve a message that says I have multiple accounts. I know I'm receiving this message in error as I've gone through all the steps and verified my email is the only one associated with my phone number. I reached out to Adobe Support via email in July 2025 but have frustratingly have not heard back as of October 2025. I did recieve the generic template 'steps to follow' that I've already taken. I've also tried calling Adobe's help number but they say they cannot access that part of Adobe. Is there any hope to get this resovled? I have portfolios on multiple other sites and would love to contribute with Adobe as well.
