Blocked account and withdrawal that disappeared

Hi,
My account was blocked without warning overnight. I had over 2000 files there. I don't understand why I didn't get a notification earlier that one of my files may violate the regulations. With this information, I could rectify this violation. Creating an account with so many works and describing them is a lot of work that has been destroyed. I have already written 3 e-mails to the address indicated in the e-mail message that informed about blocking the account. I didn't even get a word back for 3 weeks. My money that I withdrawn 5 days before the blockade did not reach my account. I feel a bit robbed of time and money, and no one is responding to my inquiries. What else can I do to get more information about my money and why my account was blocked?
