Blocking account due validation issue.

Question

Hello!My account was blocked on May 26, 2023.I've sent a request using a form on Adobe Stock page the same day.The next month on June 19, 2023 I've sent another request to Contributor Support on email.Today I've got an answer on my second mail on the picture below.So, now I don't understand, where is the response on my first request, and why does Contributor Support can't help me and if they can't who can?

This does seem odd. I wonder if this is something @MatHayward would be able to look into.

It is worth noting that recovering your account may not be possible and the suspension permanent, but I'd think the return email would state that.
