Question

Blocking the author's account.

Good afternoon.
My account has been blocked without explanation for three months now.
I created ticket #00452674 using the form on the blocking page. I haven't received a response to any of my emails for three months now. I check my spam folder and don't write obsessively to customer support, and I don't want to create new messages again.
Recently, I have been uploading AI videos. All the videos were different and of excellent quality. The only reason I can think of is the long prompt that began with a description of how the camera works. That is, many prompts begin the same way, for example: slow camera movement, and then I changed what the camera was moving around. The system probably counted them as multiple videos with one prompt. But the prompts were actually different, and the videos were fundamentally different. Although such details are not specified in the rules, and when I first read the rules before starting work, I couldn't imagine that this could lead to a block. But this is just my personal opinion about the reasons. It's very upsetting. I invested so much money in AI subscriptions. This is an incredible amount of money for Ukraine, where I live.
I have a question:
1. Should I even expect to get my account back?
2. How long does it usually take for reviews?
3. Is there any way to contact the Adobe team other than creating a ticket through the form and waiting for a letter?
Thank you for your attention. Please share your experience.

Adobe Stock Moderators don't have access to your prompts, so that cannot be the reason why your account has been suspended. Unfortunately, it can take from weeks to months to complete the investigation, probably due to the number of accounts they're reviewing at any one time. Some Contributors do get their accounts restored after the internal review is completed, but there's no way of knowing whether yours will be one of those. The Contact Us link is the only way to reach out to the Stock Contributor Support team.
