Bogus vector file should be removed

Автомобиль ретро (Retro Car) image file 101594678 is offered as an ai/eps file type, but upon purchase I found that is it merely an image file saved as ai.

Furthermore, closer inspection of the file will show that the author simply used Image Trace on the original photo, and did not actually draw the image. The unround circles and random small shapes are a dead giveaway. I'm sure the layers (in the vector file that is not available when purchasing the file) are a mess as one would expect when using Image Trace on such a detailed image.

Adobe would do us a favor by removing this worthless file and reviewing the author's other submissions.
