Botao de pagamento cinza/inativo - sem suporte

Oi! Sou contribuidor adobe Stock a um tempo, mas, depois de juntar +$25, preencher o formulário e esperar mais de 45 dias, meu botão de pagamento continua inativo. Tentei entrar em contato com o suporte, mas não respondem.

(Abaixo prints que comprovam o total acumulado)

If you have requested a full payout of the $821.73, and it is in Pending status, the amount shown on this screen should be $0. What happens if you click the blue arrow next to $821.73 then click on the Payout History link? If the payment shows "pending", and you've been waiting for more than ~3 weeks, contact Adobe as follows:

Use the Contact us link on your account page, select the drop down category "payment, taxes and bonus program". In the second dropdown box select Other, then type in your message.
