Bouncing Model releases

Hi there!

Im getting bounced model releases on both hotmail and gmsail adresses.

Im logged into my contributor portal and are trying to get modelreleases for 2 different models.

Had no issue earlier this month so It's something new.

Would love some assistance with this.

Model releases hav nothing to do with your e-mails. You upload them to Adobe stock and attach them to pictures. If they are erronous they get refused. There is really no e-mail involved, except may be the e-maik from stock that tge realease did get accepted or refused.

Johan is using adobe stock feature to get model release via adobe - so it is not the conventional method as you stated. i tried to use that and seems it is widespread problem because mine is also "bounced". i looked at other topics and seems the issue is still persisting?

What do you mean by "bounced model releases"? Exactly how are you submitting them?
