[Bug] Bangladesh (+880) SMS Verification 429/404 Error - Stock Contributor Setup

Hello Adobe Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance with a persistent phone verification failure on my account, which is preventing me from completing setup as an Adobe Stock Contributor. This issue has continued for over 5 days.

When attempting to add and verify my Bangladesh mobile number under account security settings, the UI displays the error:

"An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."

Upon inspecting the browser Developer Tools console, the request fails with the following specific API errors:

  • GET /userdocs/account-management (404 Not Found)

  • POST /credential/securityProfile/mfaFactor/enrollFactor (429 Too Many Requests)

Because this HTTP 429 rate limit / SMS gateway routing failure on the enrollFactor endpoint has not cleared automatically after several days, there appears to be a backend lockout or carrier SMS routing issue for the +880 country code.

Could you please investigate this issue on my account backend or assist in resetting/overriding the phone verification requirement so I can start uploading portfolio assets to Adobe Stock?

Account Email: [PPI removed by moderator]

Country Code: Bangladesh (+880)

Thank you,

There has been an on-going geolocation block in certain countries. As per a Google search: People in some countries are not explicitly banned from being Adobe Stock contributors, but they often cannot sign up due to a technical failure in the mandatory mobile number verification step (+92 country code) that blocks SMS OTP delivery.

This is not a bug. It’s a regional block.

Adobe doesn’t do business directly with Bangladesh due to trade & telecom restrictions. Product users have to go through regional resellers who are authorized to do business with Bangladesh.

There’s nothing anyone can do while regional blocks remain in place. Try applying to other microstock services.

    Good luck.
