Can Adobe confirm whether the Contributor Bonus Program is continuing for 2026, or should contributors assume there will be no Creative Cloud plan incentive for 2025 performance?

In previous years, contributors meeting download thresholds received Creative Cloud plans in January.
For contributors active in 2025, is there an upcoming announcement regarding 2026 bonus eligibility, or has the program been discontinued?

Quick update for fellow Adobe Stock contributors:

Just received confirmation that Adobe has provided a 1-year Creative Cloud subscription under the Contributor Bonus program. Really appreciate this support — it makes a tangible difference for creators like us.

Grateful to Adobe for continuing to recognize contributors’ work. 🙌

If anyone else has updates or experiences with the 2026 program, would be useful to share here so we can all stay informed.

I have a question. Less than a month ago I wanted to cancel the plan I was currently on (as I started paying for it) and move to a cheaper one, because I only wanted Lightroom. When canceling the plan, Adobe offered 3 months free for me to continue using it which I did except. The complimentary plant from Adobe I have received is the Creative Cloud Pro which is our most comprehensive plan according to them. Now do I wait for this three month period to finish and then redeem to code or should I redeem to code straight away? By the way, very happy with Adobe, there is just no comparison with other stock platforms.

You should reach out to Adobe Customer Care.

    https://account.adobe.com/plans

In the Online Chat box, type AGENT.

Explain that you have a current plan that expires in a year. You understand there is an early termination fee for cancelling the plan early— 50% of the remaining months of service.

In addition, you just received a redemption code from the Stock Contributor Bonus program.

Adobe Customer Care can tell you to proceed.

@Nancy OShea  And you were wrong about the cancellation fee being 50% of the remaining months—it didn’t turn out that way. As for “double-dipping,” I didn’t get anything for free in the end; I paid for the time I actually used the service.

I’ve received the e-mail with the Creative Cloud Bonus, I use the cheapest plan and on the previous years the bonus were for the same one I was paying for, now it is valid for Creative Cloud Pro that is much more expensive… Can I cancel it at the end of the bonus plan?

Yes, you can. If you receive a similar complimentary plan next year before the expiry of your current one, you can activate the new offer and it will automatically extend the subscription. But if you haven’t received a complimentary plan code next year before your current subscription expires, you either have to cancel it and wait for the new complimentary code or pay out of pocket to continue using. This was what happened this year when the bonus offer is made a month late (usually it was February)

The only caveat is that if you receive a complimentary Photography Plan next year instead of Pro Plan, then you have to wait until your Pro plan expires and then you cancel it before activating the Photography Plan. Otherwise you may have 2 concurrent plans on your account and if your credit card is attached to one, Adobe may charge you for it.

Well, it’s finally here. I had already given up on it and continued with the subscription, so I’m not sure what caused the delay—but I’m glad to have it for another year.

I sent a question to the support and asked whether they will have this program in 2026. And the answer was “we haven’t announced it yet”. Well, I have my eyes, I see it...

No. See the Contributor User Guide ~ Royalty Details & Bonuses:

If there’s an update to Bonuses for 2025-2026, you’ll see it published there.

I understand the rules of business. And hoped that I will get Lightroom abd Photoshop for free this year (2026)

But it looks like not ...

    No news is good news.

    It’s not February yet.

    Be patient.

    Not in this case.

If Adobe decided not to continue the Contributor Bonus Program ( and it is looking more likely they have) I don’t think you will see any announcement at all. It will be like it never happened. But I would happily be proven wrong.

Adobe does not reveal any info about the Contributor Bonus until it is finalized and announced. I’m still assuming that since they haven’t said there will not be a bonus, we can still have hope.

I am not sure why would they announce they are NOT going to do something! Generally announcement are relating to something being done, rather than not being done. But again, I could be wrong.

Adobe has not yet officially announced a Creative Cloud Contributor Bonus program for 2026 (based on your 2025 performance).
