Can anybody explan which "quality issues" are present here so that picture was rejected

Resolution? Light? Focus? Artefacts? I look at this in full size on 27" monitor and see nothing... Can anybody explain? (see attachment)

No major flaws, but there are some subtle issues. The foreground/platter is rather blurry, and the crop is too tight. The composition could have been improved; that busy background is distracting.

OK, I'm getting hungry.

I think the major defect of this image is that it is underexposed as shown on the histogram:

There is a framing error, I would have expected more of the plate in the picture, as well as the complete spits. And the picture is not level. I suppose that after correcting the exposure and after correcting the level, you can try to resubmit.
