Can anyone help me understand why my photos were rejected?

The cat photo is underexposed, cropped too close to the top, the photo (fence) is not straight and the photo needs sharpening.
To fix it, I would do this:

Hello,

The main issue, I think, with your pics is exposure, composition and focus.

Another important thing is the commercial usefulness of the images - how can they be used commercially?!

IMG_2048.jpg  - the entire image is blurry

IMG_0316.jpg - nothing in sharp focus 

Boat.jpg - focus seems to be the problem here also

cat.jpg - very little in focus and not well composed

The purple flowers. Nothing is in focus.
