Can anyone highlight the issue or tell me what adjustments can be done in my post

Can anyone tell me why these images were rejected??

If I get to know about it,then I will try to fix the issue from next time..

First one: I couldn't even tell what I was looking at until I overexposed it to make out any kind of detail.

Second one: Also underexposed and the horizon line is slanted just slightly, and the tree has haloing throughout.
