Can anyone provide feedback on why this photo was rejected by Adobe stock?

I recently submitted this photo and it got rejected. Can anyone provide what technical issues that resulted in the rejection?

The composition is not great. In addition, it has a white balance problem, and it is slightly underexposed.

Playing around with some parameters could get it passing:

Be sure that no plates are shown, however, or that the cars do not show logos or similar.
