Can assets that have already been approved and downloaded at least once be deleted?

I hope to receive advice from all the experts. Thank you!

I have two accounts and want to clearly distinguish between illustrations and photos. Inevitably, I will need to delete some images that don’t fit the category.

Can assets that have already been downloaded by customers be deleted?
After deletion, can I re-upload them to the correct account?

Yes, you can delete and resubmit for review on your other account, though you run the risk of having the image rejected when you resubmit it.
