Thank you. I think my question should have been more specific. Is it possible to render an RGB+Alpha within those file types and formats using Media Encoder (&/or A.E. or Premiere) ?

I see i missed ProRes 4444 + Alpha in Media Encoder. Would that be acceptable under the "ProRes" codec?
